Our impact at Tech-2 has grown exponentially since the shift from a personal endeavor to a non-profit entity and demonstrates the growing impact and outreach of Tech-2, emphasizing the potential for positive community involvement in repurposing technology for those who can benefit from it. Tech-2 is spreading the word to maximize the impact of this initiative and make a difference in both reducing electronic waste and enhancing access to technology for those in need.

Daniel is the only one we are putting up for now, but we will soon include the rest of our team!

About Tech-2

The idea of Tech-2 came from Daniel Dupont, an IT Professional. He would often be given old equipment and would clean it up, fix any reasonable items on the device, and then ask around to see if anyone needed it. Once identified, the device was delivered to them. After doing this for several years, the need became too much for one person, so he decided to morph this hobby into a non-profit and received an effective date of exemption on July 2023. We are trying to get the word out so that people that are purchasing new tech for this 2023 Christmas season, can get a tax write off for the device they are replacing, if they donate it to us at Tech-2.
